Tide Water Oil has formed a 50:50 joint venture company with Eneos Corporation, the largest petroleum conglomerate in Japan. The JV, JX Tide Water Oil Lubricants India Pvt. Ltd., is responsible for sales and marketing of the ENEOS brand of lubricants. The JV works extensively with renowned OEMs for supply of co-branded and genuine oils which are exclusively manufactured by Tide Water Oil.
