Shri D. S. Chandavarkar is Chairman and Managing Director of Standard Greases and Specialities Private Limited. Shri Chandavarkar is an eminent industrialist and having more than 42 years of experience in lube and grease industry. He is in the Board of various companies which inter-alia deal in manufacturing of automotive and industrial lubricants and greases.

Shri Arijit Basu, Managing Director of Veedol Corporation Limited, is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience. An IIM-Calcutta alumnus, he progressed from sales trainee to leadership roles, including Managing Director at Sika India, before joining Veedol in 2020. Currently serving as Chairman of Manufacturing Sub Council at ASSOCHAM and Regional President of Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), East India Council, he is known for his "Listen - Learn - Act - Adopt - Deliver" leadership approach. His stewardship has expanded Veedol's presence to over 70 countries. A recipient of the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award, Shri Basu emphasizes "purpose over profit" in his management philosophy.

Shri Vinod S. Vyas is an eminent businessman with more than 48 years of experience in lube and greases industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in science. He is the Founder and Jt. Managing Director of Standard Greases and Specialities Private Limited. He is in the Board of various other companies which inter alia deal in automotive and industrial lubricants and greases.

Shri Ananta Mohan Singh has joined as Chairman and Managing Director of Andrew Yule and Company Limited on and from 26th December, 2023. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Shri Singh holds degree in Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He has experience of more than 28 years in Indian Railways as an Officer of Indian Railways Service of Mechanical Engineering cadre. The last post he held was Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board, Kolkata.

Shri Ananta Mohan Singh is a Director of Veedol Corporation Limited (formerly Tide Water Oil Company (India) Limited).

Shri Vijay Mittal was inducted as Part Time Official Director on the Board of Veedol Corporation Ltd. w.e.f. 30.05.2022. He is presently posted as Joint Secretary in Ministry of Heavy Industries, (Government of India). His present assignment are administrating Capital Goods sector, Production Linked Incentive Scheme on Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) and Heavy Electrical Industry Sector.

He has done B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from College of Technology Pant Nagar, Uttarakhand and Post Graduate Diploma in Energy and Sustainable Development (PGDESD). He also holds Masters Diploma in Public Administration (MDPA) from IIPA, New Delhi. He belongs to Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS: 1991) and prior to joining Ministry of Heavy Industries, he was posted as Deputy Director General in Directorate of Ordnance, Department or Defence Production. Shri Vijay Mittal holds the position of Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee) on the Boards of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), Andrew Yule and Co. Ltd. (AYCL), Tumakuru Machine Tool Park and Heavy Engineering Corporation Private Limited.

Earlier he worked as Director in Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation implementing centrally sponsored schemes of rural sanitation of Government of India. As Deputy Director General in Ministry of Defence, his responsibilities included management functions and control of seven new Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) in respect of policy making, enabling and facilitating necessary approvals of MoD. His responsibilities in earlier part of career included production and indigenization of critical defence stores in various units and acquisition of new weapon systems with Transfer of Technology. He has been recipient of prestigious awards of “AYUDH BHUSHAN” in the year 2015 and 2019 and 'AYUDH SHRI' in the year 2005 for outstanding contribution towards new products and technologies in defence production for the organization.

Shri Partha Sararthi Bhattacharyya is the Former Chairman of Coal India Limited (CIL). He steered CIL through Miniratna in 2007, Navratna in 2008 and finally Maharatna in 2011. In 2010, Shri Bhattacharyya spearheaded the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of 10% of CIL's equity. It met with resounding success and became a landmark event. The IPO was one of the top three in the World in that year and is still the largest in India so far.

Shri Bhattacharyya has been featured in a document published by Tata Mcgrow Hill in 2011 as one of the Transformation leaders of Corporate India. He was also recognized by Forbes Magazine as a High Achiever of 2010. He is recipient of a number of awards and accolades. Notable among these are CEO of the year 2010 from Indian Chamber of Commerce as well as World HRD Congress, Swami Vivekananda National Award -2011 and SCOPE Special Award of the Jury in 2010.

He has authored WHEN COAL TURNED GOLD in Aug 2018. The Foreword to the book was written by Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Former President of India.

Post CIL, Shri Bhattacharyya had served in whole time Board level positions at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd at Kolkata followed by Deepak Fertilizers and Petrochemicals at Pune.

Mr. Bhattacharyya is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of The Peerless General Finance and Investment Co. Ltd. and Peerless Hospitex Hospital and Research Center Ltd. He is Board of several listed companies of repute such as Ramakrishna Forgings and Texmaco Rail Engineering Services Ltd. in addition to Veedol Corporation Limited. Further he is on the Board of Adperma and Adplus – wholly owned Subsidiaries of Haldia Petrochemicals and also Mahadhan Agritech Ltd and Deepak Mining Solutions Ltd – wholly owned Subsidiaries of Deepak Fetilizers and Petrochemicals Ltd. Besides, he is a Director on the Board of Colonial Coal International Corporation, a TSX listed mining company of Canada.

He is also Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee of the Ministry of Coal.

Mr. Prakash Gurav has completed Masters in Commerce from University of Pune and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant. His professional skills mainly include Accounting, Cost Management, Finance, Taxation IT and Operational/ Performance analysis. His post qualification experience of more than 45 years, mainly include the following:

• a) For 19+ years, he had worked with Cummins India Limited, a subsidiary of Cummins Inc., USA. He had led the Finance function for nine years and was a member of senior management team, responsible for the oversight of the operations of Cummins India Limited. He was a member of Board of Directors of Cummins India Limited as an alternate Director and was also on the Board of some of the Cummins entities in India.
• b) He had worked with Tata Motors Limited, one of the core companies in Tata group, for 12+ years and was Senior Vice President – Corporate Finance, at the time of his retirement on December 31, 2013. At Tata Motors, He was responsible for External Financial Reporting, Accounting and Taxation.
• c) Post retirement from Tata Motors, he was associated with Tata Capital Limited for 4 years as Senior Advisor – Private Equity group.
• d) He had been/and continues to be associated as an Independent Director in both listed and listed companies.

Shri Praveen P. Kadle is a Hons. Graduate in Commerce and Accountancy from Mumbai University and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant and Company Secretary. He is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Prachetas Capital Private Limited, a reputed entity engaged in private equity fund management and business advisory. Shri Kadle is a non-executive Board member on various Tata and non-Tata companies.

During his long and illustrious career he had spent over 30 years with the Tata Group where he had held various senior positions like Founding CFO, a Board Member of IBM’s JV with Tatas in India from 1991 to 1996, CFO and Board Member of Tata Motors from 1996 to 2008, Founder Managing Director and CEO of Tata Capital from 2008 to 2018 and Chairman of Tata Auto Comp System from 2018 till January 2023. During his stint at Tata Motors, he led the teams that had acquired Daewoo Truck Company in South Korea in 2004 and Jaguar Land Rover in 2008. In 2004, he led the listing for Tata Motors listed on the New York Stock Exchange and played a major role in the turnaround and growth of the company.

From 2008 to 2018, as a founding CEO of Tata Capital, he set up a very successful PE business of US$ 1B and created a high-quality corporate and retail loan book of US$ 10 Billion. His leadership track record includes building successful start-ups, managing turnarounds and growth both organically as well as inorganically. Shri Kadle has received several national and international awards recognizing his outstanding contribution to Tata Motors Limited and Tata Capital Limited.

Shri Subir Das is a Chartered Accountant with more than 40 years of experience. He is presently the Managing Director of Parcon (India) Private Limited, the 2nd largest Tea Auctioning Company in India. Earlier he was the C.E.O of a large Tea Plantation Company in India and went on to start a consulting business in the area of Horticulture and Sustainable Energy. His special interests lie in the Policy, Regulatory and Legal framework for Sustainable Energy initiatives in India and financial modeling of Sustainable Energy projects. Shri Das was deeply involved with the renewable energy industry for over 10 years before joining Parcon (India) Limited in 2017. He has given lectures on the subject in various forums and has been involved in diverse consulting assignments in the horticulture and renewable energy space. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, India. He is and was a Board Member for several companies of repute. He is based out of Kolkata.
 

Smt. Bharathi Sivaswami Sihag is an Independent Director (Non-Executive) of our Company. She is a retired Indian Administrative Officer of the 1983 Himachal Pradesh Cadre and has rich experience of 38+ years in public administration. She had served at levels of Joint Secretary and above since 2004 both in the State and Union Governments and held positions of immense responsibility and accountability viz. Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Principal Secretary, Forest and Environment, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and in also the Ministry of Steel. She had also served as CMD of NMDC in 2016 and was at the helm when several important decisions in the interest of the Company were taken. She had retired as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers (January 2017 to December 2018).

She has very wide experience of having served as Government Nominee in several CPSUs and SPSUs across several major sectors such as Steel, Mines, Diamonds, Films, Forests, Industries and Infrastructure and have a deep understanding of Fertilizer sector. She is a Master’s in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She is also an M. Phil in History from Delhi University and further holds M.S. degree in Development Sociology from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, USA.

She is also serving on the Board of India Gas Exchange as an Independent Director.
